Spicejet Changes financial year

Spicejet Ltd has announced that the Company has changed its financial year to April-March (previously June-May) and accordingly the current financial year will be for ten months i.e. from June 2006-March 2007 and the last quarter results shall be for one month i.e. March 2007.

Further, the Company shall be publishing Audited Financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007 in lieu of unaudited quarterly results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2007.
