Alchemist Ltd allots 6,75,000 Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis

The Committee of Directors of Alchemist Ltd in their meeting held on April 02, 2012, has issued and allotted 6,75,000 warrants convertible into/ exchangeable with equal number of equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on preferential basis to M/S. KDS Corporation Private Limited, an entity belonging to promoter group as per SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosure Requirement) Requisitions, 2009.
