UltraTech Cement allots 647 shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme

The ESOS Compensation Committee of UltraTech Cement Ltd has on March 29, 2012 allotted 647 equity shares of Rs.10/- of the Company to Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme.

On allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 27,40,65,301 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 2,74,06,53,010/-.

The UltraTech Cement Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.1506.95, up by Rs.14.65 or 0.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1519 and low of Rs.1487.
