JSL Stainless Ltd. allots 364972 Equity Shares upon conversion of FCCBs

JSL Stainless Ltd has allotted 3,64,972 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to "The Royal Bank of Scotland NV London Branch" upon conversion of 200 FCCBs amounting to USD 10,00,000 on March 23, 2012.

Consequent upon the above said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 37,82,81,306/- to Rs. 37,90,11,250/- divided into 18,95,05,625 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The JSL Stainless Ltd stock was trading at Rs.83.60, up by Rs.0.20 or 0.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.84.70 and low of Rs.82.75.
