Ipca Laboratories allots 121250 Equity Shares under ESOS

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Ipca Laboratories Ltd held on January 20, 2012, 1,21,250 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Company @ Rs. 63/- per equity share have been allotted upon exercise of option by allotted to whom options were granted on October 29, 2007 and November 11, 2008 pursuant to Ipca Laboratories Limited-Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS).

The equity shares now allotted would rank pari-passu in all respect, with the existing paid up equity share capital of the Company.

With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company is now increased to Rs. 25,16,55,310/- dividend into 12,58,27,656 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The Ipca Laboratories Ltd stock was trading at Rs.280, up by Rs.1.45 or 0.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.282 and low of Rs.278.
