Bayer CropScience Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2007, has considered the proposal for sale of its shares in Bayer Polychem (India) Pvt Ltd, its wholly owned subsidiary, to Bayer MaterialScience Pvt Ltd, based on the valuation report submitted by M/s. Haribhakti MRI Corporate Services Pvt Ltd in this regard, which is subject to necessary approvals.
