GM Breweries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 05, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To approve and take on record the Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and recommend dividend on Equity Shares.
