BPL Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 02, 2007, to consider lease and / or transfer of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Business to a proposed Joint Venture of the Company and to invest in the Equity Share Capital of that Joint Venture Company subject to necessary approvals and authorise the execution of appropriate agreement(s) in that regard. The Board would also be considering a proposal to issue Securities on Preferential basis.
