Andhra Petrochemicals Ltd has announced that the Andhra Sugars Ltd., (ASL), co-promoter of the Company, has informed that it has purchased 1,73,638 equity shares of the Company amounting to 0.20% of the Company's total shareholding.
After purchase of the above shares, ASL's total shareholding in the Company has increased from 2,22,40,268 equity shares (26.17%) to 2,24,13,906 equity shares (26.37%).
