Elder Projects Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:
1. To consider and give consent to the proposed amalgamation of Maverick Products Pvt Ltd into the Company in order to consolidate and merge the operations of both the entities.
2. To approve the scheme of amalgamation and share exchange ratio for the proposed merge.
