Mahindra Ugine Board declares 20% interim dividend

Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2007 has declared an Interim Dividend at the rate of 20% i.e. Rs 2 per equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2007.
Further the Company has informed that, the Board will take a decision on final dividend when it meets to adopt the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.
