With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "HCL Tech sets sights on 42% stake in Cambridge", Cambridge Solutions Ltd has clarified that, this is an article citing undisclosed sources. The Company is not ware of any such development and it has not been informed of any such intent by Scandent Group, its majority shareholder. The Company would not like to comment on rumors or make any statements on behalf of any of its shareholders.
