Voltas sells entire stake in Simtools Ltd

Voltas Ltd has announced that the Company has transferred its entire shareholding in Simtools Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company, comprising 23576 equity shares of Rs 100 each for a consideration of Rs 78.44 crores to Lodha Developers Pvt Ltd and its nominees (Lodha Group).
Accordingly, Simtools Ltd ceases to be a subsidiary of the Company, effective March 22, 2007.
