Pfizer shareholders approve increase in final dividend

Pfizer Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on March 22, 2007, have approved the increase in final dividend payable by the Company for the Accounting Year November 30, 2006 from Rs 12.50 per share (as recommended earlier by the Board) to Rs 22.50 per share.
