ORG Informatics to acquire USA based IT services company

ORG Informatics Ltd has announced that the Company is in the process of finalizing an acquisition proposal of a USA based IT Services Company.
In the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on March 22, 2007, Mr. Ajoy K Khandheria, Managing Director & CEO, was authorized to negotiate and finalize the acquisition, subject to the applicable requisite approvals.
