Mahalaxmi Rubtech discusses funding of expansion plans

Mahalaxmi Rubtech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 22, 2007, has discussed and decided to avail the fund by way of Term Loan and other facilities form the Bank of Baroda for the purpose of ongoing expansion plan of the Company. The Board has also discussed the business activities in the Company.
