Sparsh BPO Services Limited (Intelenet BPO) to list on Monday, March 26

Bombay Stock Exchange has informed that the securities of Sparsh BPO Services Limited (Scrip Code: 532833, formerly Intelenet BPO Services Limited) will be listed and permitted for trading with effect from Monday, March 26, 2007.

The securities will be traded under B1 Group. The Face Value of the stock is Rs.10/- each fully paid. The ISIN No. of the company is INE847H01011.

The issued, subscribed and paid-up equity capital of the company before allotment of shares pursuant to the scheme of arrangement was Rs. 823.52 lacs consisting of 82,35,225 Equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each fully paid up.

Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement between Spanco Telesystems and Solutions Limited (‘Spanco’) and Sparsh BPO Services Limited (‘Sparsh’), (formerly known as Intelenet BPO Services Limited), the Domestic Call center division of ‘Spanco’ was demerged and vested into ‘Sparsh’ on a going concern basis and in consideration thereof, ‘Sparsh’ has allotted 79,12,275 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up to the shareholders of ‘Spanco’ in the Exchange Ratio of 1 (one) equity share of Rs.10/- each fully paid-up for every 3 (Three) equity shares of Rs.10/- each held by the shareholders in ‘Spanco’ on the record date.

The issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the company after arrangement comes to Rs.1614.75 lacs consisting of 1,61,47,500 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid-up.
