India Nippon Board declares second interim dividend

India Nippon Electricals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 22, 2007, has declared a second interim dividend of 30% i.e. Rs 3 per share on 80,79,080 equity shares of Rs 10 each absorbing an amount of Rs 2,42,37,240 for the year April 2006-March 2007.
