Dunlop India Updates on rights issue

With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 20, 2007, Dunlop India Ltd has announced that the Company inadvertently stated rights basis ratio as "1 :0.60" which should be read as "0.60 : 1" or "6 : 10". However, the Company has rightly stated the ratio in words as 6 new equity shares for every 10 equity shares held in the Company.
