Dabur India clarifies on news item regarding stake acquisition

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading portal titled "Dabur in talks with Singapore's Unza Holdings for stake buy", Dabur India Ltd has clarified that the Board of Directors had not considered any such resolution for buying the stake in Unza Holdings by the Company. Hence, the Company deny the news item published in a portal.
