Amtek Auto clarifies on news item regarding acquisition

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Amtek Auto gains on acquisition talk", Amtek Auto Ltd has clarified that, the Company is looking various acquisition targets but noting has been finalized as yet. As far as the news concerned, the Company does not comment on the rumours and speculative market reports. Further the Company has informed that, in future if and when any acquisition takes place the Company make the requisite disclosure accordingly.
