State Bank of Bikaner Issue of Tier II Bonds closes

With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 21, 2007, regarding raising Upper Tier II capital by private placement of unsecured, redeemable, non convertible, subordinate bonds aggregating to Rs 150 crore which was slated to open on March 22, 2007, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur has announced that the above issue has been fully subscribed and hence the private placement offer stand closed on March 22, 2007 with immediate effect.
