Harita Seating Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 22, 2007, has declared an interim dividend of Rs 4.50 per share on 38,84,520 Equity Shares Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2006-2007. The total dividend payable will be RS 174.80 lakhs.
