Rane Brake Linings Board declares Rs.3 second interim dividend

Rane Brake Linings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 22, 2007, has declared second interim dividend of Rs 3/- per equity share for the year ending March 31, 2007, on the paid up capital of Rs 72,149,800 comprising of 7,214,980 shares of Rs 10 each.
