Sanra Software Board discusses about stake sale

Sanra Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2007, has discussed & decided to take note of the share purchase agreement dated March 10, 2007 entered between the present promoters of the Company and M/s. Eyelight Events & Promotions (India) Pvt Ltd.
Further the Company has informed that the Board also took on record the Public Announcement dated March 12, 2007 made by M/s. Vivro Financial Services Pvt Ltd, on behalf of M/s. Eyelight Event & Promotions (India) Pvt Ltd (Acquirer) to the shareholders of the Company for acquiring 12,10,000 shares of Rs 10/- each @ Rs 15/- per share in compliance with Regulations 10 and 12 as required under the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto.
