Rane Madras Board declares second interim dividend

Rane Madras Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 20, 2007 has declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs 2/- per equity share for the year ending March 31, 2007 on the paid up capital of Rs 101,641,450 comprising of 10,164,145 shares of Rs 10 each.
