Bayer Diagnostics India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 8.00 per Equity Share (@ 80 %) for the year ended December 31, 2006.
Bayer Diagnostics stock closed at Rs.573.45 on Monday's trading. The stock was down Rs.7.30 (-1.26%) compared to Friday's close of Rs.580.75. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.594 and low of Rs.570.
