Jindal Stainless Board to consider interim dividend

Jindal Stainless Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 26, 2007, inter alia, to consider payment of interim dividend on equity shares of the Company for the year 2006-07.

Further the Company has informed that, March 31, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if approved by the Board of Directors.
