Thomas Cook Board to consider right issue & recommend dividend

Thomas Cook India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Audited financial Results for the fourteen months ended December 31, 2006.

2. Recommending dividend for the year ended December 31, 2006, if any.

3. Deciding on Book-Closure period.

4. Considering proposal for Right Issue of Shares and other options of raising funds.
