Aventis Pharma Board declares second interim dividend

Aventis Pharma Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2007 has declared a Second Interim Dividend of Rs 28.50 per Equity Share of Rs 10 ( which is inclusive of a Special One-time Golden Jubilee Dividend of Rs 16.00 per Equity share) for the financial year ended December 31, 2006.
