Syngenta India EGM approves delisting of securities

Syngenta India Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 15, 2007, have approved the special resolution to delist the equity shares of the Company from Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd, in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines, 2003.
