Hi-Tech Gears Board declares interim dividend

Hi-Tech Gears Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2007, has declared an interim dividend on equity shares @ 15% i.e. Rs 1.50/- per share on the paid up share capital of the Company.
