Strides Arcolab allots 7500 Equity Shares on exercise of ESOPs

Strides Arcolab Ltd has allotted 75,000 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each under Strides Arcolab ESOP 2008 (Directors) Scheme to Non-Executive Directors of the Company.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 579,491,710.00 consisting of 57,949,171 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 580,241,710.00 consisting of 58,024,171 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.405, up by Rs.10.45 or 2.65%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.414 and low of Rs.394.

The total traded quantity was 1.53 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.89 lakhs.
