Alfa Transformers updates on new plant

Alfa Transformers Ltd has announced that a resolution by circulation has been passed by the members of the Board of Directors of the Company in Sec 289 of the Companies Act, 1956; regarding starting of another unit at Dindori, near Nasik in the state of Maharashtra, where single phase Distribution Transformers up to 1000 KVA, proposed to manufacture there. This was an item in the Agenda of the last Board Meeting held on January 29, 2007.
