Shreyas Shipping Board to consider interim dividend

Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 15, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve declaration of interim dividend, if any, on preference shares and equity shares for the financial year ending March 31, 2007.
