Hon'ble High Court, Bombay approves Scheme of Amalgamation of NR Agarwal Industries

NR Agarwal Industries Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay has now approved the scheme of amalgamation by the Order passed on February 02, 2007. The Scheme of Amalgamation of N R Paper and Board Ltd and Suman Paper and Board Ltd with the Company, has become effective from March 06, 2007.

As provided in the scheme of amalgamation the shareholders of the transferor Companies namely N R Paper & Board Ltd and Suman Paper and Board Ltd will be allotted the shares at the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on March 09, 2007.
