Steel Exchange equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Arrangement

Steel Exchange India Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on March 24, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s) the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation between M/s. Vizag Profiles Ltd and the Company and their respective shareholders.
