Grindwell Norton Board declares interim dividend

Grindwell Norton Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 08, 2007, has declared an interim dividend of Rs 3.50 per share of face value of Rs 5/- each for the year 2006.
