Adani Enterprises Board to consider interim dividend

Adani Enterprises Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 17, 2007, for considering a proposal to declare interim dividend for the year 2006-07.

Further the Company has informed that, March 23, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
