D B Corp allots 11123 shares under DBCL-ESOS-2008 Scheme

D. B. Corp Ltd has announced that on February 07, 2011, the authorised members of the Compensation Committee of the Company has allotted 11123 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company, on the exercise of 11123 stock options under the DBCL-ESOS Scheme 2008, to it's employee/s covered under the scheme.

The new equity shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing capital.

The stock closed the day at Rs.247.15, down by Rs.1.95 or 0.78%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.251 and low of Rs.245.

The total traded quantity was 1242 compared to 2 week average of 4975.
