Rasoya Proteins to allot shares and warrants on preferential basis at Rs.32

Rasoya Proteins Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 06, 2007 in Continuing of earlier Board Meeting held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider the proposal of allotment of 30.00 lakh Equity shares and 30.00 lakh Convertible Warrants of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 22/- per share to the persons other than promoters on preferential basis.
