Kansai Nerolac Board to consider interim dividend

Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 12, 2007, inter alia, to consider the declaration of Interim Dividend on equity shares of the Company for the year 2006-07.
