Arshiya International allots 3600 Equity Shares under Arshiya ESOP 2007

Arshiya International Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on January 24, 2011, have allotted 3,600 no. of equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 208/- per equity share to the eligible employees of the Company, pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Employee Stock Options Plan 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.227, down by Rs.1.65 or 0.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.234 and low of Rs.226.75.

The total traded quantity was 2711 compared to 2 week average of 15348.
