Balrampur Chini Mills allots 94400 Equity Shares

Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 94400 equity shares of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 45 per share (including a premium of Rs. 44 per share) on January 03, 2011 to the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The stock was trading at Rs.90.50, up by Rs.2.50 or 2.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.91.40 and low of Rs.88.50.

The total traded quantity was 3.39 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.77 lakhs.
