Coromandel International allots 86920 Equity Shares

Coromandel International Ltd has announced that the Share Transfer & Investors' Grievance Committee on November 16, 2010 allotted 86920 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid to the employees pursuant to ESOP 2007. Consequent to this allotment, the issued and paid up capital of the Company stands revised to 140829563 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid amounting to Rs. 281659126/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.598.40, down by Rs.9.20 or 1.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.616 and low of Rs.566.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.98 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.45 lakhs.
