Religare Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on November 19, 2010, has allotted 44,651 Equity Shares on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS) of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 133667413 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating Rs. 1,33,66,74,130/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.496, down by Rs.4.85 or 0.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.513.85 and low of Rs.491.25.
