B.A.G. Films allots 165000 Equity Shares

B.A.G. Films and Media Ltd has announced that the ESOP Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors in its meeting held on November 13, 2010 has allotted 1,65,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each under "the BAG ESOP Scheme" at a price of Rs. 3/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 1/- per equity share) to the eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiaries as per their exercise requests.

The stock was trading at Rs.12.81, down by Rs.0.53 or 3.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.47 and low of Rs.12.50.

The total traded quantity was 6.18 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 6.46 lakhs.
