Pioneer Investcorp allots 12000 Equity Shares

Pioneer Investcorp Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2010, has allotted 12,000 Equity Shares to the employees of its Subsidiary Company on exercise of Employee Stock Options under "Pioneer Investcorp Ltd. ESOP Scheme 2007" (ESOP 2007)) at an exercise price of Rs. 58.20 per Equity Share.

The stock closed the day at Rs.84, down by Rs.0.95 or 1.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.97.85 and low of Rs.80.40.

The total traded quantity was 2.14 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.37 lakhs.
