Sakthi Finance Board declares special interim dividend, fixes record date

Sakthi Finance Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 19, 2007, inter alia, has recommended / declared a special interim dividend of 5% (Re 0.50 per share) on the equity share capital of the Company for the year ending March 31, 2007.

March 05, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of special interim dividend.
