Radico Khaitan allots 353608 Equity Shares

Radico Khaitan Ltd has announced that the ESOP Compensation Committee in its meeting held on November 01, 2010 has allotted 3,53,608 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to the eligible employees on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOP) of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 13,25,21,329 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 26,50,42,658/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.176.65, up by Rs.6.15 or 3.61%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.180.60 and low of Rs.175.15.

The total traded quantity was 1.86 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.84 lakhs.
